Orderville...

Can't say enough good things about this place; it's one of my favorites. It's fun and exciting to take Aniston down there and let her make some memories. Friday... We got there just in time to go for a ride; my first outside in a long long time. Chris and I went down the the Y and back. I made it without falling over!!
After dinner, we roasted mellows...
Then we played in the playhouse. I missed the perfect shot of Aniston and Papa playing, super cute!
Saturday... We headed to the school with lunch, flew the kite, and played on the playground. Papa and I pulled our arms out of their sockets on the monkey bars, and both Grammy and Papa went down all the slides.
Before Chris headed out on his 100 mile-or-so bike ride, he taught Aniston how to ride the 4-wheelers. She wasn't a huge fan.

We did get a hike in, but I forgot the camera. It was beautiful and I'm so glad we have this place to enjoy as a family. The porch has lots of memories, and the scenery is fantastic too!!

{Easter '12}

We spent Easter in Orderville this year. The Easter Bunny visited on Saturday and brought Aniston a full basket of goodies and hid some eggs on his way out.

Sunday she woke up to a new dress and some fancy gloves...

pretty ballerina

Aniston loved every minute of dance...

She practiced and practiced, and was so proud of herself once she got the hang of skipping...

tour del sol

We were all really excited to get down to sunny STG. Chris was excited to see if his hard work paid off, and I couldn't wait to watch him race and catch some rays. Chris did really well in the TT, the wind gave him a fantastic workout in the crit, and the rain and wind and a cold made it hard for him to want to finish the road race. He did awesome and we had a great time watching!

@ the windy crit gettin' himself a mighty fantastic workout
miss 'tude herself...
the supporters holding onto their signs for dear life. I failed to hold on to a chair and the camera bag. As it went flying onto the track, a fellow supporter helped me out(thank goodness for nice people).
@ the road race, in the wind and rain...

Aniston and I spent a lot of time hanging out in the Jones house thanks to the not so fantastic weather. In our hanging out, she asked to wear my specks. Cute thing!

I love watching this sweet girl play with her dolly. She's SO good at lovin' the little babies. She wants a real baby "soooo bad". Baby Anna slept by her a few nights this week and accidentally fell down between the bed and the wall. Aniston came into our room about 3 am in a panic because her baby was stuck. She asks me to make bows etc. for the babies she knows(they all happen to all be girls at the moment). She "works with the babies" and today while I was in the shower she ran in with her diaper bag and yelled "bye Mom I'm goin' to work!". I took her to work for a bit before preschool and she insisted that baby Anna come with.

I love love love this little girl! She is a sweetheart. I love that she is always there to keep me company, keep me on my toes, and give me the world's best loves!!
